Commercial Roofing Contractors Dallas | Commercial Roofing Contractors

We have been under the same ownership and management for almost 30 years. Not many other firms can make that claim. We are committed to bringing the best possible team to your project. A team that is guided by our years of experience and our commitment to excellence.

Terrisa Swan – General Manager (CEO-Owner):

Terrisa joined the company in 1994, and is a hands-on business owner and manager. Terrisa oversees the day-to-day operations, marketing, and personnel training of all employees to ensure professionalism and effectiveness. She is committed to customer care through the Better Business Bureau programs and leads her team to communicate the entire process to our customers for a hassle-free roof install. Terrisa's mission and expectations are to inform, to perform and to respond to valued customers with integrity and professionalism at all times. She helps Swan stand out by simply recognizing the importance of their valued customers' time. Terrisa has established relationships with city personnel to ensure that job permits are pulled and regulations are met, and she overlooks the quality 20-point inspections that are required after every roof installation. Her background is in business management (banking and finance), and she is a member of the Plano Chamber of Commerce and Women in Business.

Kirk Swan – Field Manager (Co-Owner):

A roofer by trade, Kirk has hands-on, complete working knowledge and experience in both commercial and residential roofing. He has owned and operated Swan Roofing since 1981 and has contributed to the community by donating material and labor for charity roofing projects. Swan Roofing's core business is commercial/residential roofing, preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency cover up. Kirk and Terrisa Swan are involved in all aspects of the business. Swan is certified through major manufactures, and the company is a 100% full-service roofing business. Kirk understands that the work of all contractors is not created equal. He often finds himself helping to repair damage caused by a non-certified installer. Kirk has accreditations commercially with GAF, Durolast, Versico, Armko Industries, Bitec, Uniclad, Firestone, Petersen Aluminum and residential accreditations with Ecostar. Kirk is also an involved member in the BBB, Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA) and the National Roofing Contractors Association.

In 1992, Kinsey sold his roofing operations and moved to his ranch in Weatherford, Texas where he trained and showed cutting horses and was an active member in The National Cutting Horse Association, Ft. worth, Texas. In 2000 Kinsey sold his Ranch and decided to re-enter his lifelong passion for roofing. He has since landed at Swan Roofing in 2003 and has assisted Swan in growing the Commercial Roof Division.
